The majority of my clients have said at least one of the following to me; that they don’t feel confident enough to use a gym, they find the atmosphere daunting and often find themselves skipping workouts to avoid the rush hour madness where they have to queue to use equipment.
My clients want to work out but would like it to be somewhere approachable, private, and welcoming. This was one of the foundational reasons of why I started Studio Fitness. I wanted to create a space where everyone felt welcomed, a place where people can truly be themselves and feel confident enough to want to push their limits and discover their true potential.
I’ve made it my mission to show my clients that exercising doesn’t have to be this daunting black cloud that looms over their day. In fact, that hour can be the best hour of their day and they’ll leave the studio feeling happy, confident, proud of themselves and buzzing from the endorphins. The phrase ‘dance like nobody’s watching’ comes to mind, but I like to remind my clients to ‘train like nobody’s watching’. At the end of the day, it’s just me and them, putting in the work and most importantly having fun whilst doing it.
For me, exercising regularly and eating well is just as much about feeling strong mentally as it is physically. I am passionate about showing people how they can transform their physical and mental health by dedicating a few hours a week to focusing solely on themselves. It is easy to neglect our health when we have busy schedules and work commitments taking precedence. However, your health doesn’t have to suffer as a result of our busy lives, I can show you how exercise doesn’t have to take a long time or be overly strenuous to be beneficial and get results.
