Let’s Get Moving Introductory Package :

Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this introductory package comprises of the following:

1. Coffee and a chat

This a chance to get to know each other over a nice cup of coffee. I can find out more about your fitness experience and what you’re hoping to achieve. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions that you may have.

2. The Kick-off

If you decide that you want to get started with me, the next step is our kick-off session. We will meet at the studio and establish your goals, take measurements and from there I can start designing your training programme.

3. Let’s Get Moving

This is when the magic begins. We’ll meet at the studio and get started on your first 60-minute session! Taking the information we gathered at the kick-off, I will introduce you to the first of your individually tailored training programmes. What the session entails will depend on your goals, but there will certainly be a variety of both cardio and weight training incorporated into every session.

How I work with my clients:

Each session is 60 minutes long and comprises of:

  • A warmup – stretches and cardio pulse raiser
  • A specially designed workout that has been tailored for you, using a wide range of both cardio and strength equipment
  • A cool down stretch

I also have a monthly check in with all of my clients to track progress, take measurements and assess goals.

1 Session = £37
10 Sessions = £350 (£35pp session)

Specialist Pregnancy & Post-Natal Personal Trainer

As a specialist Pregnancy & Postnatal personal trainer I help women stay safe, strong, and healthy during their pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

It’s important to exercise during pregnancy and after your baby is born. As long as your GP gives you the green light for exercise, I will guide you safely through each trimester, accounting for all the benefits of exercising whilst pregnant.

I will be tailoring exercises throughout the programme so that they continue to work for your body as it changes through each trimester.

I will also be there to safely support you after you’ve had your baby, helping you reconnect with your body and regain your flexibility and confidence. Pregnant and postnatal clients who work with me are likely to experience: Improved sleep, less stress, a boost in energy and a feeling of strength and empowerment.

Flexible times

It can be hard to juggle your professional life with your home commitments and all whilst trying to stay healthy and exercise. That’s why I offer flexible hours to give all of my clients the opportunity to train at a time that suits them.

Every client has a personalised training programme that is crafted to suit their needs, goals, experience, and preferences. No two plans are the same, that’s a guarantee.

Private sessions

During our 1-2-1 training sessions you’ll have the studio entirely to yourself. The studio is the perfect place for you to unleash your full potential in total privacy. Sweat like crazy and sing loudly and be proud of what you achieve.

Having not exercised for a few years I was apprehensive about working with a personal trainer as I’ve never really enjoyed working out.
