Specialist Pregnancy & Post-Natal Personal Trainer
As a specialist Pregnancy & Postnatal personal trainer I help women stay safe, strong, and healthy during their pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
It’s important to exercise during pregnancy and after your baby is born. As long as your GP gives you the green light for exercise, I will guide you safely through each trimester, accounting for all the benefits of exercising whilst pregnant.
I will be tailoring exercises throughout the programme so that they continue to work for your body as it changes through each trimester.
I will also be there to safely support you after you’ve had your baby, helping you reconnect with your body and regain your flexibility and confidence. Pregnant and postnatal clients who work with me are likely to experience: Improved sleep, less stress, a boost in energy and a feeling of strength and empowerment.
Having not exercised for a few years I was apprehensive about working with a personal trainer as I’ve never really enjoyed working out. I’m so happy that I took the plunge and started working with Bella. She has helped me regain my confidence and I feel strong and powerful now. That’s something I never thought I’d say at my age!
